#NoWrongPath campaign set to inspire students
#NoWrongPath

As students across Scotland discover what their National and Higher exam results are today (Tuesday 8 August), Forth Valley College is supporting the seventh #NoWrongPath campaign to help inspire and encourage their next steps.

Launched in 2017, #NoWrongPath is a social media movement led by Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), which provides inspiration and reassurance to young people receiving their results.

The campaign shares stories of the various routes people have taken to get to where they currently are in their careers, and aims to demonstrate that many people in interesting job roles across Scotland may not have taken a straight, obvious or traditional path to get there - and that there is no wrong path!

A great example of this is to read about the journey of former FVC students Scott Fairclough and Nathan Groves, who have just achieved their business dream of opening their own business, more than 15 years after meeting at the FVC Falkirk Campus and you can view their story here.

More information on the No Wrong Path campaign can also be found by visiting https://www.dyw.scot/nowrongpath.html where current and former students can share their stories by recording a short video, by writing a post or blog article, or by posting a photo of you holding up a handwritten sign or #NoWrongPath template.

Look out for a range of stories across our social channels today – and get involved!
