Tickets are still available for Haggis Western’s ‘The Last Love Letter’ which is set for another showing at Falkirk Cineworld on the evening of Thursday 31 March.

Forth Valley College played an important role in Haggis Western’s latest and highly successful new film launch at Falkirk Cineworld, when it was first shown on Thursday 12 November 2015 – now it is back for another showing by popular demand.

FVC’s Organisation Learning Coordinator Jasmin Hodge – who also has a role in the film - has around 30 tickets up for grabs at £8 a go and to reserve one please contact her on jasmin.hodge@forthvalley.ac.uk as soon as possible.

The dynamic and innovative Falkirk based film company – Haggis Western - invited students and staff to be actors and extras - current FVC Digital Media Students Samantha Dove and Ryan Louch and Jasmin to name but three - and filmed a set piece scene in the Falkirk Campus’ main hall for their best film yet…The Last Love Letter.

Another major link-up with the college is Barry Frame – Haggis Western’s sound designer and one of the film’s main actors – who is a former student and graduation prize winner in Sound Production.

More than 500 people packed into two theatres at Falkirk Cineworld to see the first screening of this eagerly anticipated movie which is certainly a rollercoaster ride to attack the senses.

Simon Jake, Haggis Western’s main driving force (producer, writer, director, cameraman and actor) and Barry should be rightly proud of this their fourth full feature film.

Simon and Barry are now hoping the quality of ‘The Last Love Letter’, will attract funders who will back their next movie

‘The Second Life Club’, which is due to go into production in this year.
