New Alloa gym assistant Jade Denholm can’t wait to welcome even more staff and students to the benefits of exercise and wellbeing.
Jade (24) from Falkirk, started in her role at the beginning of September and is enjoying helping Alloa gym users to transform their health and wellbeing on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
After graduating with a HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise from New College Lanarkshire and working in the popular Bannatyne’s gym and full-time as a personal fitness instructor, Jade brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role and is eager to make a big difference at FVC.
Jade, who specialises in weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio and competing in Cross-Fit events, said: “I am really enjoying working at the College so far. For me personally I am really keen to show people both the mental and physical health benefits of keeping fit and exercising and the improvements that can be made in people’s lives very quickly through exercise.
“I am looking forward to hearing from my new colleagues and loads of students and help them find the perfect exercise and fitness routine that is tailored especially for them.”
