Make-up Artists at Alloa Campus

HND Make-up Artistry students let their creativity run wild for their graded unit recently when they unleashed their talents on models at the Alloa Campus.

The second years - Ashleigh Frame (19) from Denny, Emma McAllister (19) from Larbert, Gill McGurk (34) and Stephanie McQuarrie (29) both from Stirling, Eilidh McNaughton (19) from Tillicoultry, Emma Murray (19) from Bridge of Allan, Eilidh McCallum (19) from Cowie, Donna Preston (41) from Tullibody, Mollie Williams (19) from Grangemouth and Shannan Love (21) from Alloa – also had to design a set to go with their finished make-up project and they certainly did not disappoint.

Themes included: Alice in Wonderland, Maleficent, Wolverine and X-Men, The Unicorn, Dark Mermaid, Game of Thrones: The Knight’s Queen, Wizard of Oz, The Enchanted Forrest, The Lion King and Cinderella with a Twist.

Lecturer Beverley Robb, said:

“This final event for the second year Make-up Artists was a fantastic way for them to showcase what they have learned over the past two years. They have worked really hard and demonstrated their creativity and flare. I wish them all well as they embark on their Make-up Artistry careers.”
