Donna McLean (43), from Falkirk graduated recently with a HNC Working with Communities.
She won Most Promising Student in the Department of Business and Communities at the 2021 graduation ceremony. She now works in Alloa as a Community Development Officer with Sauchie Active8.
She said: “I chose Forth Valley College as it had the course I wanted to study and the brand new Falkirk Campus was close to where I lived. The College has great lecturers who always put their students first. Gaining my qualification has enabled me to progress onto a better role in my career.
“I would recommend the College and the course to other potential students as it was an easy application process and the course had great content, it has also allowed enhance my personal development. The best bit for me was still being able to learn face to face at time – restrictions permitting – rather than online.
“The thing I loved most about my Forth Valley College experience was my lecturers’ passion to make sure their students succeeded!”
