Vegan Nights - Evening

Please note that due to COVID-19, this course will be delivered on-campus with reduced student numbers and physical distancing measures in place.

Be a part of the food industry’s biggest growing trend!  An amazing opportunity to learn from one of our fantastic Chef lecturers who has a passion for vegan food.  Each week you will be creating a Vegan 2 course meal, which will include dishes such as Roast Cauliflower Steak, Aloo Gobi and Flatbreads.

No cooking experience necessary, all materials and ingredients will be supplied.

Please bring your own containers for taking dishes home.

This course will be delivered on Wednesday evenings.
