HND Professional Cookery with Management - Patisserie route

This HND Patisserie (HND Professional Cookery with Management - Patisserie route) course will equip you with a wide variety of hospitality and culinary expertise at management level. The content of the programme will concentrate on many management-related subject areas and is closely linked to industry standards and working practices.  This will develop further the knowledge and skills gained at HNC Patisserie level.  There will be advanced pastry and patisserie practical subjects to complete including creating chocolate masterpieces and sugar work.  You will also be required to undertake practical study within our training restaurant, in a management front of house capacity.

On successful completion of this course students may progress onto a related degree programme, such as Food, Nutrition and Textiles.

Completion of HNC Patisserie, with a minimum of B for Graded Unit or at our discretion.

• If your application is successful, you will be invited for interview. For January start courses interviews will be in Nov/Dec and interviews for August start courses will take place between February and May
