School Partnership

School College Partnership courses at Forth Valley College - for senior school pupils (S4 to S6) - offer a wide range of vocational courses to study alongside school-based National and Higher qualifications.  Our extensive range of school partnership courses are pitched at a range of levels to study at our Falkirk, Stirling and Alloa Campuses.

So what are you waiting for? Take the first step towards that dream job.

Our Level 6 Foundation Apprenticeships (equivalent to a Higher qualification) offer a valuable educational opportunity for fifth and sixth-year pupils, combining both academic learning and practical experience.
These are designed to provide students with hands-on tasks and work experience with local employers, allowing them to develop essential skills that will enhance their future career prospects.
The experience gained through these apprenticeships opens up several pathways, such as progressing to a Modern Apprenticeship, moving on to further education at college or university, or directly entering the workforce.

We also offer a wide range of courses from level 4 (Nat 4 level) through to level 7 (Advanced Higher level) in a range of subjects including Business, Childcare, Construction, Engineering, Events, Hospitality, Introduction to Nursing, Sound Production and Sports Coaching.
These courses will provide students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills in vocational areas and eases the way into full-time college or university learning.

The School College Partnership programme supports students as they transition from school into further or higher education. It helps build confidence and independence while offering a broad range of subjects designed to support most career pathways.

It also strengthens employability prospects, giving students a competitive edge in the job market.
