Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF)

Who is eligible?
Employees earning less than £33,000 per year, who also meet one of the following criteria:

• Have a child under 18 living at home
• Are aged 24 or under
• Care-experienced individual under the age of 30
• Disabled individual under the age of 30

What does it support?
Employer-led training that helps employees:

• Develop new skills
• Progress in their careers
• Increase their earnings

Funding available

• Up to £15,000 per employer
• Up to £5,000 per learner

Raising Income through Skills & Education (RISE)

Who is eligible? 

Individuals who are employed or unemployed with an income of less than £33,000 per year, who also meet one of the following criteria:

• Have a child under 18 living at home

What does it support?
Skills development, qualifications and employability support that helps people:

• Enter employment
• Sustain employment
• Progress in their careers

Funding available

• Up to £3,750 per learner

Training Access Fund (TAF)

Who is eligible?

Individuals who are employed or unemployed with an income of less than £33,000 per year, who also meet one of the following criteria:

• Have a child under 18 living at home

What does it support?

Skills development, qualifications and employability support that helps people:

• Enter employment
• Sustain employment
• Progress in their careers

Funding available

• Up to £500 per learner
