Skills Transition Centre

Forth Valley College’s new Skills Transition Centre (STC) represents a major investment in the region’s future workforce.

Part of the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal - a transformative collaboration between the UK and Scottish Governments, Falkirk Council, and local partners - the STC is set to drive innovation, upskill and reskill the local workforce, and contribute to more than 1,660 new jobs and £628 million in economic benefit over the duration of the 10-year project.

The £4million STC will support Scotland’s Just Transition by helping learners access sustainable employment in lower-carbon industries over the next decade.
