The company are very happy to welcome Alison McLeod back to the stage after a long break. Alison, an apprentice working for local company Diageo, attends FVC on a part time basis, studying both an HNC Electrical Installation and Electrical Engineering qualification.
Alison, said “I’m really excited to be back on the stage after 13 years. Combining work, study and rehearsals has been a challenge but it’s been worth it in the end as the show is going to be great.”
Rob McDermott, President of the Musical Players as well as FVC’s Head of Learning and Quality, is happy to see the continued engagement with the students and staff of the College.
He said: “Forth Valley College is more than a place to learn, it is an organisation that sits within its community, adding to the economic and, in this case, cultural value of the people within these communities. The continued support the College offers to the Players this year and in previous years is testimony to this.”
