The Industry‑Led Innovation Sprint is a three day, action focused workshop designed to help you develop early stage ideas, collaborate with industry partners, and build a clear route from concept to pitch ready output.
Across the three days, you will form teams, shape your idea, test assumptions, and take part in a final pitch competition for up to £1,500 in prizes. Winning teams will go on to the regional competition on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day.

Business Model Canvas, market sizing, validation strategies, impact planning. - Day 3: Financial Credibility, Pitching and Industry Engagement
Financial projections, 60 second pitch challenge, pitch development, live panel competition and awards.
What You Will Leave With
A founder narrative, a category map, a completed Business Model Canvas, a market sizing analysis, a validation and impact plan, financial projections, and a pitch ready script and slide deck.
