HNC Professional Cookery - Patisserie
This course is tailored towards people with a passion and skill for Patisserie. It will enable students to advance their existing knowledge, focusing on specialised Patisserie areas and kitchen leadership skills.?
It brings together both practical and theory subjects in our first class facilities and an opportunity to learn in our realistic work environment.

- Successful completion of Level 6 Bakery and Patisserie at FVC or a Level 6 Professional Cookery equivalent.
- Successful interview and practical skills test
- Relevant industry experience

• If your application is successful, you will be invited for interview. For January start courses interviews will be in Nov/Dec and interviews for August start courses will take place between February and May
• If your application is unsuccessful, you will be offered support in finding a suitable alternative course
