This course aims to train individuals on how to demonstrate and improve manual handling techniques used within the workplace.
Prerequisites
Managers, supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals, and anyone responsible for supporting employee health and wellbeing within an organisation.
Content
The course will look at:
- Outline the risks associated with Manual handling
- Outline measures to reduce risk
- Manual handling laws under MHOR 1992
- Demonstrate application of good posture and movement
- Practice personal evaluations
