BA Art & Contemporary Practices - Year Three (University of the Highlands and Islands)

Delivered at Forth Valley College, Year 3 of the BA (Hons) Art and Contemporary Practices programme supports students in developing an independent and critically informed creative practice. Building on HND-level study, students explore contemporary art through studio-based projects, research, professional practice and contextual studies.

The programme encourages experimentation across a range of media while developing advanced skills in creative enquiry, visual communication, critical reflection and professional presentation. Students undertake specialist studio projects alongside research-led and professional practice units designed to prepare them for honours-level study.

This degree is validated by University of the Highlands and Islands.
