1. Fully complete the interactive enrolment form & return to eveninginfo@forthvalley.ac.uk 

2. The Student Administration team will reserve your space and email you with details of the payment line to make payment.

3. Once payment has been received, your booking will be fully processed, and you will receive an email to confirm your child's place has been secured on the course.
