PLSP Appointments
Our Learning Support Team have arranged this appointment for you to discuss any learning needs you may have and to create your Personal Learning Support Plan (PLSP).
What will happen at the meeting?
We will:
- Talk about any challenges you may face at college
- Discuss what support would help
- Create a Personal Learning Support Plan (PLSP) together
There is no pressure; this is just a supportive conversation to make sure you have the right support in place.
Please bring (if you have it):
- Any previous support plans
- Medical letters or diagnoses
- Any other helpful documents
If you do not have anything to bring, that is absolutely fine; just come along.
Need to change your appointment?

- Can't attend
- Would prefer a different type of appointment to what has been arranged, e.g. a phone call, Teams call or face-to-face appointment
- Feel you do not need learning support
