Festive Break Wellbeing & Support Information

As we head into the festive break, we hope you’ll take time to relax and look after yourself. This time of year can feel different for everyone, and it’s completely okay if you’re experiencing a mix of emotions. For some, the festive period can be especially difficult - particularly if you’re feeling stressed, worried or struggling with your mental health. Please remember you are not alone, and it’s okay to feel however you are feeling.

College Holiday Closure

Forth Valley College will close at 12pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and will reopen at 8.45am on Monday 5 January 2026.

Support Over the Festive Period

Although the college will be closed, there is still support available if you need it. During the break, you might find it helpful to do small things that support your wellbeing – getting outside for some fresh air, chatting with someone you trust, or taking time to do things that help you relax.

Whether you’re looking for wellbeing support, emergency contacts, financial advice or just someone to talk to, we’ve pulled together useful information and links to support you over the festive period.
