Looking for ways to keep moving during your time at college? Whether you’re walking or cycling to campus, or joining in on sports and activities on site, there are plenty of ways to stay active, have fun and improve your wellbeing.

Active Travel

Our Walking and Cycling Officer and Active Travel Coordinator work across all campuses to promote and encourage active travel among staff and students, offering health walks, learn to cycle sessions, led rides, bike maintenance support and Dr Bike sessions.

They also deliver joint events with SportScotland’s Active Campus Coordinator, Dean McKirdy, and other College departments.

Our Active Campus Coordinator, Dean McKirdy, is here to create fun, inclusive opportunities for students and staff of all abilities to enjoy a wide range of sports and activities across Forth Valley College.

Recent activities have included badminton, basketball, football, frisbee golf, table tennis, short tennis, and more, offering plenty of ways to get moving.
