Sport & Fitness

Welcome to the FVC Fitness page, where your journey to health and wellness begins!

Our campus gyms have been designed to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners looking to start a new fitness routine to regular gym goers wanting to maintain or enhance their personal fitness. Our Falkirk Campus gym hosts various equipment that target mainstream users and are disability friendly.  Our other two gyms in Alloa & Stirling will allow users to start or continue their fitness journeys while studying at Forth Valley College. Our dedicated and knowledgeable staff are here to support and motivate you every step of the way.

By joining one of our campus gyms you are entitled to use all three of our fitness facilities.
