Forth Valley College have become the first and only organisation in Scotland to offer the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade’s Level 2 Award in International Trade, Customs & Logistics online course.
The College are now calling for businesses within Forth Valley and across Scotland to take advantage of the benefits of the new course.
In exclusive partnership with the Chartered Institute, FVC will launch the six week course on Tuesday 10 February 2026. The programme is designed for those new to international trade, changing careers, or looking to strengthen their trade capability. Sessions run for just 90 minutes per week, delivered over lunchtime to support working professionals.
The £328 course fee also includes Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, providing access to professional networks and industry resources, as well as the ability for those completing the course to use the AMCIEx suffix after their name.
The course also covers: Export Documents, Getting Paid, Cargo and Credit Insurance, Trade Customs, Logistics Facilitators, Methods of International Transport, and Customs Procedures and Documents.
