Forth Valley College’s Gallery Restaurant based at the Stirling Campus, has won a top prize at the Scottish Hospitality Awards 2026, thanks to a public vote.
The Gallery was in the final of the Restaurant Dining Experience category
and won first prize at a special awards ceremony, which took place on Wednesday 17 June at the Double Tree by Hilton in Glasgow.
The shortlists were announced back in April for the ninth running of the popular awards which invites the public to vote on who should win.
Diane Creed Director of Curriculum, Karyn King, Operations Manager, Paul Cunningham Curriculum Manager and Chef Lecturer Ruari Chatburn all from the Department of Creative, Digital and Leisure Industries, are all pictured here with the award at the event.
Karyn King, said: “It was a great night recognising retail and hospitality talent across Scotland and we were delighted to be the winners of the Restaurant Dining Experience category amongst some very strong competition. The Gallery Training Restaurant is a testament to the lecturers and students who strive to be the best every time they open the doors. Absolutely amazing to have their hard work and dedication recognised.
