The NPA in Exercise and Fitness Leadership provides a structured opportunity for you to experience a number of recognised ways of leading others in fitness activities. It will allow you to develop your personal leadership qualities and to also develop your knowledge and skills in Fitness & Exercise.
The National Progression Award (NPA) in Exercise and Fitness Leadership will provide a practically focussed approach to learning about contemporary methods of Fitness and Exercise training and how physical exercise impacts upon an individual’s physiology and anatomy.
The award is designed to articulate with current college Fitness, Health and Exercise provision and to support those who may wish to follow, in future, that particular employment pathway.

Falkirk Campus: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from August until June for one year.
