City & Guilds Professional Cookery Level Two
This practical, hands-on course will provide thorough training in culinary principles and skills, stressing the importance to health, safety, and hygiene. This course includes the preparation, cooking, and finishing of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
It will develop employability skills as candidates will study in an industry-standard environment.
- Professional Chef at entry level
- Two National 4 awards (or equivalent)
- Applicants who do not meet this criteria, but have relevant experience or alternative qualifications may be considered
- You must be 16 within 2 months of the course start date, due to awarding body age limitations

- Selection for this course will take place as a group information session, followed by individual interview
