City & Guilds Professional Cookery Level 3
This practical course is designed for chefs looking to develop their specialist skills. Students will improve their skills in preparing, cooking and finishing a wide range of fish, meat, poultry and vegetable dishes. Study will take place in industry standard working environments, and include training in our fantastic restaurant, The Gallery.
This qualification suits people progressing from a Level 2 Professional Cookery course (or equivalent) or with relevant industry experience.

Entry requirements
Mandatory:
- City and Guilds Level 2 Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
- You must be 16 within 2 months of the course start date, due to awarding body age limitations.
Plus one of the following:
- Two National 4 qualifications (or equivalent)
- Applicants who do not meet these criteria, but have relevant experience or alternative qualifications may be considered
