This course is designed to provide you with an understanding of how your nervous system influences your thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses, and how this impacts your ability to feel connected to yourself.
You will explore why patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, avoidance, and self-doubt develop, and how these are linked to the body’s natural response to stress and safety.
The course will introduce a grounded and practical approach to understanding intuition, helping you recognise your own internal signals and begin to trust what you feel in a clear and accessible way.
You will gain tools to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust, allowing you to respond to situations more confidently and with greater clarity.
This is an experiential course, giving you the opportunity to notice shifts within yourself rather than just learning theory.
