This course will open opportunities for employment in a range of technical and managerial positions within the private sector, local authorities, government bodies, military and academic establishments, in roles such as:

• Architectural CAD Technician
• Design and Manufacture CAD Technician
• Civil Engineering CAD Technician
• Building Information Model (BIM) manager
• Facilities Manager
• Energy Assessor
• Building Maintenance Manager

• HNC/HND Architectural Technology with Digital Construction 
• HNC/HND Civil Engineering
• HNC/HND Construction Management
• HNC/HND Computer Aided Daughting and Design  

One of the following:

• National 5 award in Maths, English, and a technical or science subject (Please note: Applications of Maths qualifications  will not be accepted as an alternative to Maths qualifications)
• Successful completion of a relevant access course or an appropriate group of National Qualification Units
• Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be considered on the basis of relevant industrial experience within the industry

• Entry to this qualification is at the discretion of the College following an interview

• If your application is successful, you will be invited for interview. For January start courses interviews will be in Nov/Dec and interviews for August start courses will take place between February and May
• If your application is unsuccessful, you will be offered support in finding a suitable alternative course
