This course explores the principles and practices of innovation and entrepreneurship, equipping students with the tools to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and launch successful ventures.

Content
Through a combination of case studies, interactive workshops, and real-world projects, students will learn how to think creatively, assess market needs, design value propositions, and build sustainable business models.
Emphasis is placed on entrepreneurial mindset, lean start up methodology, innovation strategy, and venture financing.
By the end of the course, students will have developed a comprehensive business plan and a pitch for a new venture or innovation initiative.
