Susanne Morgan

My name is Susanne Morgan, and I started with Forth Valley College in 2012.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing within the college community, developing my skills, and taking on new opportunities that allow me to support both staff and students.

In 2022, I had the chance to apply for the role of Health and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator. I was delighted to be successful, and I now combine both roles within the college - supporting the wellbeing of our staff while continuing to assist those who use the gym.

In my role as Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, I organise and deliver a wide range of wellbeing activities that help staff take control of their health. My work includes:

  • Planning and coordinating wellbeing workshops and courses
  • Ensuring support services and wellbeing information are up to date and easily accessible
  • Creating opportunities for staff and managers to engage in training that promotes positive wellbeing
  • Organising wellbeing events such as our Wellbeing Café

My aim is to make sure that everyone across the college feels supported, informed, and able to prioritise their health.

As a Gym Assistant, I support both staff and students who use our gym facilities. This includes offering:

  • Personal training support
  • Guidance on equipment use
  • General encouragement to help individuals feel confident and motivated in their fitness journey

I really enjoy being part of their progress - whether they’re starting out or building on their fitness goals.
