Dr Philip Harris is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors with a 40-year career in the manufacturing industry, as CEO, Interim CEO, and Non-Executive roles across the UK and internationally. He has led major organisational transformations, funding rounds, and strategic exits, including a successful MBO and seven cross-border transactions.
As a member of the Forth Valley College Board, Philip is passionate about strengthening links between education and industry and is committed to supporting the College’s excellent apprenticeship schemes to help produce work-ready graduates for the manufacturing sector.
He holds a PhD in Chemistry and brings a results-driven, people-focused leadership style to all his roles.
