Mary McLuskey is a business owner and Consulting Director at IVARTY Consulting, with a distinguished career spanning sectors such as criminal justice, NHS, local authority, engineering, leisure, social housing, tertiary education, and training and development. She has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director, Chief Executive, and Chief Operating Officer, and is known for delivering large-scale transformational change and digital transformation programmes. Mary is also the founder of the National Green Standard and a published author.
She has served on several boards, contributing strategic insight and leadership to governance and organisational development. Mary is a guest lecturer in Leadership and Management at Glasgow Caledonian University and supervises postgraduate dissertations for International MBA students.
Mary holds an MBA and a BA in Public Administration from Glasgow Caledonian University. She is a qualified Executive Coach, EFQM Lead Assessor, and experienced Investors in People (IIP) Assessor and Verifier.
