Professor Jayne Donaldson is the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences & Sport and Interim Dean of Social Sciences at the University of Stirling. She is a Honorary Consultant in Leadership in NHS Forth Valley.
Jayne is a Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Teacher and has worked in Higher Education since 1998. Her academic interests includes compassionate person-centred care, nurse education, healthcare workforce, professionalism and workplace cultures, pedagogy and teaching methods.
Jayne holds a PhD, Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Glasgow, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Strathclyde, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Blended and Online Education from Edinburgh Napier University.
