Grace has worked at Forth Valley College since 2012 and is currently housed in the Department of Care, Sport, Business and Communities as Department Administrator. Grace also holds the Equalities Officer position within the GMB’s Further Education in Scotland branch.
Grace returned to education later in life and began studying at Forth Valley College. The experience sparked a passion for further education, particularly for those from under-represented groups, and a full understanding of the tremendous difference FE can make to people’s lives.
Grace holds a BA in Business Management with Leadership from The Open University and is an associate member of the CIPD.
