A collaboration between the College’s Creative Industries and Hospitality subject areas and the Communications and Marketing Department has opened up an exciting opportunity for art, photography, and graphic design students to showcase their work in the Gallery Restaurant area for the benefit of Christmas lunch customers. The initiative allows students to display their creations, with many offering their pieces for sale as unique Christmas presents.

To begin, the exhibition of photographs, drawings, graphic designs, and paintings will be hosted in the Kildean Suite, which hosts hundeds  festive revellers eager to sample the delights of the Gallery’s increasingly popular Christmas menu. Diners seated in the Kildean Suite will have the opportunity to view and review the artwork from their tables. Additionally, those seated in the actual Gallery Restaurant are also encouraged to appreciate the exhibition during their Christmas lunch experience, should they wish to do so.

This initiative aims to further enrich the innovative dining experience at the Gallery Training Restaurant.

It is hoped that it will continue into the new year, transitioning smoothly as the restaurant returns to its regular service.
