Forth Valley College today mourns the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and would like to offer its deepest sympathies and condolences to His Majesty King Charles III and the entire Royal family at this sad time.
Professor Ken Thomson OBE, Principal of Forth Valley College, said: “On this very sad day for people across the United Kingdom, we take solace from the long and inspirational life and reign of Queen Elizabeth II. She served as a shining light of leadership, decency and public service and will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.”
As a mark of respect, Forth Valley College will close on Monday 19 September for the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
