Skills for Growth is a fully funded service to help small businesses in Scotland succeed. It helps business with more than 5 employees achieve their objectives by ensuring the workforce are using their skills as effectively as possible. This is done by combining a skills health check with support and information from the Skills Development Scotland Employer Engagement Team. Skills Development Scotland will be on hand to discuss your business needs and assess how they can support you.
Forth Valley College work alongside Skills Development Scotland to offer a range of Modern Apprenticeship frameworks. We will be available to provide information on frameworks suitable for your business, as well as funding allowing employers considering taking on a Modern Apprentice to make an informed decision as to their next steps.
