Students at Forth Valley College’s three campuses in Falkirk, Stirling and Alloa had more than their studies to focus on this week as they immersed themselves in a Scotland themed Freshers’ Fair.
Packed with information and advice stalls, freebies, entertainment and fun, the events – held on Tuesday 19 September (Falkirk), Wednesday 20 September (Stirling) and Thursday 21 September (Alloa) - was organised by the Forth Valley Student Association (FVSA) and had something to offer for students of all tastes and interests.
Alan Buchan, President of FVSA, said:
“This year’s Freshers Fair has been the busiest event yet. We have enjoyed speaking to students about what the Student Association do, and have been promoting student led clubs and societies. We hope this has been a great start for our students and that the event has helped them to feel a part of their Student Association as well as the College.”
