Forth Valley Student Association’s new President is getting set to take up their post soon and is looking forward to making a difference to the lives of students.
Amber Little (20) from Perth, who is in the process of completing a HNC Cyber Security course, is looking forward to taking up the new role at the end of June. Amber previously spent three years studying at the University of Highlands and Islands, completing an Access to Creative Industries course, NC Computer Technologies and a NQ Computing with Cyber Security and was also actively involved with their Student Association.
New FVSA President Amber, said: “It is absolutely insane to be voted in as President of the FVSA and hopefully it shows I am doing something right if people want me to do the job here.
“I am looking forward to it 110% as it is an experience that not too many people get to have. I am excited about the role and looking forward to implementing the ideas that I and my fellow executive officers in the FVSA have.
“I want any student to get in touch with me through the FVSA Offices and our communication platforms across all three campuses and they are also welcome to pop in and meet me. I would especially like to hear from any student with any ideas on how to improve college life. We will have a chat, see if they are feasible and then try to make them happen.”
