Kirsten Gilmour is the owner and head chef at Aviemore's renowned Mountain Cafe.
Kirsten will be coming to Forth Valley College's Stirling Campus during Book Week Scotland 2017 for a Q&A session and afterwards will sign copies of her new book 'The Mountain Cafe Cookbook: A Kiwi in the Cairngorms'.
