Current FVSA President Andrew Smirthwaite, said: “Well done to all the winners they thoroughly deserve their awards. As part of my 2019/20 manifesto I wanted to show recognition to our volunteers in the Student Association and we planned these awards for the end of that term, however due to the short notice with world events, we postponed them. Recognition remained a part of my manifesto coming into the 20/21 session. Our student members put in a lot of work throughout this year and we wanted to recognise that and show the extra effort that students put in is worth it.”
