Come along and join Rossie Stone for an interactive session on Dekko Comics, where you will learn how to create your own comic.
Dekko comics are educational comics which engage with learners and are designed to overcome the learning barriers faced by many. The comic’s creator Rossie Stone developed the comics to overcome his struggle with Dyslexia and they assisted him to achieve his first A grade. From this he then went on to develop Dekko Comics to assist others with their learning and has worked with nearly 100 schools and institutes since 2016.
The session will last for 45 minutes with an activity for attendees to complete afterwards.

A free material pack is available for this workshop and can be collected from the LRC on a day in which you are timetabled to be on campus (Please do not come into college if you are not timetabled to do so).
