Come along and enjoy an online lively session with the award winning contemporary Scottish author and broadcaster, Chris McQueer. Growing up in the east End of Glasgow, Chris makes good use of the Scots language within his work. Among his many talents, Chris has worked as a crime scene cleaner prior to becoming a full time author.
His first series 'Hings' was published in 2017 and won the Best Short Story Collection at the 2018 Saboteur Awards. This was followed by his next series HWFG (Here We F*****g Go) published in 2018.
The event will take place on Friday 19 November from 11.15am - 12.15pm. During the session, you will learn more about Chris and his work and enjoy a short reading by the author. The audience will get the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
