Students and staff based at the Alloa Campus are being asked to create a stir and head along to a Mug O’ Tea and a Spanner event on Friday 22 November.
The Active Travel Hub event will take place between 11.30am-1.30pm and is aimed at people who have difficulty maintaining their bikes.
Ciara Newell, FVC’s Active Travel Officer, said: “If you would like to learn the skills and gain the confidence to fix and maintain your own bike, then join our free maintenance training session. We invite you to grab your bike, a mug of tea and a spanner and we’ll show you the rest. The course will cover puncture repair, gear tuning and adjusting brakes...everything you need to keep you mobile.”
