  • SVQ Engineering: Performing Engineering Operations SCQF Level 5

    Candidates must be employed in a relevant industry to undertake this course.

    This SVQ qualification in Performing Engineering Operations at SCQF Level 5 is for individuals who wish to develop their skills and gain knowledge in variety of engineering operations activities within the industry. For those who wish to have a recognition of their competence that involves the application of knowledge in a significant range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts

  • SVQ/MA Bricklaying SCQF Level 6

    Candidates must be employed by a company within the bricklaying trade.

    This training programme aims to develop craft skills and theory in relation to bricklaying and trowel trades. The programme combines practical training both on-the-job and off-the-job, job knowledge and associated studies relating to the trade.

  • SVQ/MA Business and Administration SCQF Level 5

    Please note candidates must be in employment to undertake this course.

    Work based qualification which can be completed by those working in a range of administration / business environments. The qualification allows you to demonstrate competence, skills, knowledge and abilities required to carry out your role. 

     

  • SVQ/MA Carpentry and Joinery SCQF Level 6

    Please note that candidates must be employed by a company within the Construction Industry.

    This training course aims to allow candidates to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified tradesperson in carpentry and joinery. It combines practical training both on-the-job and off-the-job, knowledge and associated studies.

  • SVQ/MA Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals SCQF Level 6

    Please note that candidates must be employed to undertake this programme.

    The Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF level 6 provides learners with a qualification that will demonstrate their aptitude in this area. This diploma will develop the learner’s confidence and awareness of the skills that they have acquired, which they can use for employment and/or further study.

    The Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF level 6 is primarily designed for work-based learners undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship in IT and Telecommunications Level 3 developed by the Tech Partnership, as a computer hardware engineer, internet/web developer, apprentice IT systems operator, network planner or professional telecommunications apprentice technician. The diploma assesses work-based competence, together with underpinning knowledge and understanding, to enable learners to progress their IT career in the world of work.
