All our campus gyms can cater for everyone’s needs, with an experienced and enthusiastic gym team you will be well looked after and the gym team will assist with any personal fitness goals or objectives on your agenda
We are offering a 9-week evening programme (2 sessions per week) to encourage beginners/intermediate gym users to sign up to our “Fitness@the Campus programme. This programme is designed to give beginners/intermediate gym users the confidence to use gyms safely and correctly, get familiar with a gym environment, have an understanding on how to follow and execute fitness programmes and how to assist you on achieving your personal fitness goals.
Come along and join this free 2 hour Heartstart Session (6-8pm). Please note that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure to use the participant's name. Participants will receive a recognised certificate on completion of the course.
This course is for anyone who has a desire - or seeks the time, space and opportunity - to illustrate their own story, poem or graphic book. Participants will be given guidance by an experienced lecturer and encouraged to complete one small book by the end of the course. The class will also concentrate on materials such as gouache, watercolour, pencil and mixed media. Students should bring their own materials and importantly, an original story or piece of text that they want to illustrate to the first class.
Please note this is not a digital illustration course, however participants will have to use simple scanning equipment.
The REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate provides a detailed understanding of food hygiene and is suited to individuals who are already working in hospitality or catering who have existing skills and knowledge of food hygiene practices.
