  • International Street Food - Evening

    Join us on a tour around the world, making some of the tastiest street food along the way. You will be creating dishes such as tempura king prawns, pulled chicken tacos and smoked ribs.

    No cooking experience necessary and all equipment and ingredients are included.

    Please bring your own containers for taking dishes home.

    This course is suitable for applicants aged 16 or over.

    Important Information for all non UK nationals

    The College has a requirement to complete a residency check on all non-UK nationals for tuition fee purposes. When you book and pay for your course online, please be aware that you will be contacted by a member of our Student Administration team and asked to provide documents i.e. a copy of your passport; proof of your settlement status and EU share code.

    Following assessment of evidence, if you do not meet the criteria for ‘home fee status’, you will contacted and advised of any additional fee required.

    EU Nationals

    If you are currently living in the UK then you should have already applied for the EU Settlement Scheme which will allow you to continue living in the UK. 

    From 1st January 2021, if you are a national of a country outwith the UK it is most likely you will need a visa to study in the UK.  You can check if you require a visa by visiting the UK Government’s website here.  If you require a student visa, further information can be obtained at the following link.

  • Introduction to Bakery - Evening

    This course is aimed at beginner bakers who want to learn the basics of baking bread and pastry products.

    This course will be delivered on a Tuesday evening depending which course you book onto.

    This course is suitable for applicants aged 16 or over.

  • Introduction to Sign Language - Evening

    An introduction to the world of sign language, learning key signs, terms and phrases.

    Over the length of this short course you will learn the basics to enable you to communicate through sign language and develop some deaf awareness skills.

    This course will be delivered on Tuesday evenings.

  • Kids Cookery Club - Evening

    This practical cookery course is designed to teach children to cook in a fun and interactive way, using a variety of techniques. The course is open to children aged 9 years old and over. This course is not eligible for fee waiver.

    This course will be delivered on Thursday evenings.

  • Life Drawing - Evening

    This drawing course is suitable for both beginners and those who wish to improve their skills. Working directly from a life model, participants will learn how to use line, tone and colour, and a wide range of drawing media, to expressively explore the human form.

    This course will be delivered on a Tuesday evening.
