Chef Lecturer Martin Luti brings the experience of running his own restaurant to the talented Hospitality staff at Forth Valley College.
Martin who boasts a BA Professional Development, Teacher Qualification (FE), a HND Professional Cookery and V1 Verifier and A1 Asssessor qualifications, has also worked at the Roman Camp Hotel in Callander, Sopwell House Hotel in St Albans, Hilton International in Glasgow, Slaley Hall in Northumberland, Malmaison in Glasgow, Bistro Sassi in Newcastle, Loch Lomond Golf Club in Luss, Langs Hotel in Glasgow and the White Lion in Matlock.
He, said: "After gaining valuable experience throughout the UK, I opened up my own restaurant in Crieff called the Red Onion Bistro. It gained a great reputation and various good UK newspaper reviews after we were in the finals for new restaurant of the year and chef of the year competitions. A great experience that has given me a passion to teach the next generation of chefs."
