SDS Individual Learning Accounts
SDS Individual Learning Accounts can help to pay for the cost of your learning.
If you are 16 or over and earn £22,000 a year or less, you can apply for an individual learning account that will give you £200 a year towards a wide range of courses. Forth Valley College is a SDS Individual Learning Account Provider.
You can use your funds towards the cost of a single course or use it to pay for several short courses throughout the year.

Part-Time Fee Grant
Do you want to get an HNC, HND or Professional Qualification but have family
commitments or in employment? If so, then a part-time/evening advanced study course could be the answer.
If you are 16 or over and living in Scotland and earn £25,000 a year or less you can access a Part-time Fee Grant from the Student Awards Agency. The level of tuition fee will be pro-rata on the number of SCQF credits the student takes.
