Why FVC:
I picked FVC because loads of people I knew had told me it was a good place to study and it wasn't far from where I live.
Favourite Moment:
When I got my results back I had to look at them a couple of times for the information to sink in that I had done well and even got 96% for one section. I felt really great absolutely chuffed to bits.
Chosen Career:
I haven't really decided on a career as such yet, all I know is that I will be returning next year to FVC to start my HNC in Business - which I am really looking forward to
Expected:
As a mature student I expected it to be completely different from school and I was right. Being able to speak to the lecturers on first name terms was informal and suited me much better.
Unexpected:
Much of being at college was all new to me so I did not really know what to expect, but I settled in quickly and have really enjoyed myself.
AOQ:
Having left school with no qualifications I feel really proud of myself that I have been able to return to education and do as well as I have - I have learned an awful lot. I might even go on and do an HND if I do well this year !
