Each team has responsibility for separate areas of the audience, who comprise of staff, students and members of the general public.

The guests have the opportunity to watch the live action from the kitchen via screens set up in the restaurant before being asked to judge the teams. Marks are given for the presentation and quality of the food and also the service they receive.

This year Hospitality Lecturers Mandy Fraser and George Scott (pictured in poster) will lead the Red and Blue teams respectively.

The first seating on the night is from 6.30pm and the last one is at 8pm. The event hopes to raise as much money as it can for CHAS and will also use some of the funds raised on the night to encourage learning and develop citizenship among the students.
